Endocrine-Disrupting Chemicals
The International Conference on Chemicals Management (ICCM) has recognized that endocrine-disrupting chemicals (EDCs) can have adverse effects on human health and the environment and that there is a need to protect humans and ecosystems and their constituent parts that are especially vulnerable. The Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), UN Environment Programme and the World Health Organization (WHO) have been leading actions in this area since 2012.
