IOMC Toolbox for Decision Making In Chemicals Management
The IOMC Internet-based Toolbox for Decision Making in Chemicals Management (IOMC Toolbox) is aimed at countries who wish to address specific national issues regarding chemicals management.

Strategic Approach to International Chemicals Management
Adopted by the First International Conference on Chemicals Management (ICCM1) on 6 February 2006 in Dubai, the Strategic Approach to International Chemicals Management (SAICM) is a policy framework to promote chemical safety around the world.

Indicators of progress in implementing SAICM
Meetings
The participating organizations of the Mercury Group of the IOMC are ILO, UNDP, UNEP, UNIDO, UNITAR, WHO, World Bank, and the OECD, and the group involves the Secretariats of the Minamata Convention and the Global Environment Facility.

In order to contribute to tracking future progress of SAICM, at ICCM4 the IOMC proposed a concise set of quantitative indicators from verifiable sources and for which global data are available. Indicator data is displayed in map form wherever possible to provide quick access to the country or region of interest.

The IOMC Participating Organizations meet twice a year to coordinate their policies and activities on sound chemicals management. From time to time the IOMC convenes meetings involving additional organizations to discuss issues of mutual interest. Summary reports of these IOMC and inter-agency meetings are available here below.
